Arusha, 10 avril 2012 (FH) – Le pasteur Jean Uwinkindi, qui fait l’objet de la toute première décision de renvoi vers la justice rwandaise, sera remis aux autorités rwandaises avant la fin du mois, selon une ordonnance du président du Tribunal pénal international pour le Rwanda (TPIR).
Dans cette ordonnance datée du 5 avril, le juge Vagn Joensen demande au greffe de veiller à ce que le transfert ait lieu endéans 14 jours.
